Delivery of Order

Our In-house delivery services are currently available only in the Klang Valley and major cities of Negeri Sembilan, Malacca (Melaka), Perak, Penang, Johor, and Pahang (Genting, Bentong) areas in Peninsular Malaysia. However, customers in other areas of Peninsular Malaysia can still purchase our products and delivery will be handled by our courier service partners. For customers in East Malaysia, we have appointed a reliable shipping company to provide you with door-to-door delivery services for your orders. Please take note that our products are made-to-order and delivery times may vary between 8 to 12 weeks for most areas. For customers in East Malaysia, the delivery time may take between 12 to 15 weeks. It is important to note that the delivery times provided are estimates only and are not contractual.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery is available on Monday - Saturday excluding public holidays in Malaysia. Delivery schedules will be arranged once the orders are ready to be shipped.
  • Our customer support team will contact customers to confirm or make arrangements for their preferred delivery schedule. Please note that all delivery schedule bookings are subject to availability. (For more information, please refer to CUURA Space's terms and conditions terms and conditions available here.)

Delivery Carriers

The delivery and installation activities of our furniture products will be performed by CUURA Space's dedicated delivery team and courier service partners and our freight forwarders.

Delivery Fees and Charges

Klang Valley, Nilai and Seremban
  • We offer free delivery for orders above RM2,000 to a single delivery address, along with a complimentary installation service if applicable.
  • For orders below RM2,000, delivery and installation charges will be calculated during the checkout process.
Negeri Sembilan, Malacca (Melaka), Perak and Pahang (Genting, Bentong) - (city areas)
  • We offer free delivery for orders above RM5,000 to a single delivery address, along with a complimentary installation service if applicable.
  • For orders below RM5,000, delivery and installation charges will be calculated during the checkout process.
Penang and Johor - (city areas)
  • We offer free delivery for orders above RM5,000 to a single delivery address, along with a complimentary installation service if applicable.
  • For orders below RM5,000, delivery and installation charges will be calculated during the checkout process.
The Rest and Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu
  • We offer free courier delivery for orders above RM5,000 to a single delivery address, installation services are currently unavailable.
  • For orders below RM5,000, delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process.
Sarawak, Sabah and Labuan - (city areas)
  • We offer a 50% discount of delivery for orders above RM5,000 to a single delivery address, installation services are currently unavailable.
  • For orders below RM5,000, delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process.

  • RM200 per order - For extra large large-sized furniture items, including but not limited to: Sofa, Bed Frames, TV Cabinets, Console and Dining Tables, Desks, and Large sized Rugs.
  • RM90 per order - For large-sized furniture items, including but not limited to: Sofa, Bed Frames, TV Cabinets, Console and Dining Tables, Desks, and Large sized Rugs.
  • RM50 per order - For small and medium-sized items, where sizes are determined by CUURA Space based on the product dimensions.
Negeri Sembilan, Malacca (Melaka), Perak and Pahang (Genting, Bentong) - (city areas)
  • RM250 per order - all items
Pahang, Penang and Johor - (city areas)
  • RM300 per order - all items

  • RM100 per item - For small-sized items, where sizes are determined by CUURA Space based on the product dimensions.
Sarawak, Sabah and Labuan - (non-city areas)
  • RM400 per order - minimum delivery charge
  • RM550 per item - For extra large large-sized furniture items, including but not limited to: Sofa, Bed Frames, TV Cabinets, Console and Dining Tables, Desks, and Large sized Rugs.
  • RM350 per item - For large-sized furniture items, including but not limited to: Sofa, Bed Frames, TV Cabinets, Console and Dining Tables, Desks, and Large sized Rugs.
  • RM200 per item - For medium-sized items, where sizes are determined by CUURA Space based on the product dimensions.
  • RM100 per item - For small-sized items, where sizes are determined by CUURA Space based on the product dimensions.
The delivery charges for an order may vary depending on the size and quantity of the items purchased.

Re-Delivery Fees

If a re-delivery is required, fees of up to RM200 per order within the Klang Valley, Nilai, Seremban, RM250~RM300 for Outstations, and RM350~550 for East Malaysia may apply. These fees are subject to review on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the re-delivery request.

Installation Charges

For any items purchased from cuura.space, there will be a charge of RM60 per order, regardless of the size of the items, only applicable for delivery that is covered by our in-house delivery team.

Delivery Procedures

Once your order is ready, we will make every effort to deliver it as soon as possible. The specific delivery day and time will be arranged based on our availability, as explained in our Delivery Time policy.
We will attempt delivery as soon as the order is ready. The delivery day and time will be arranged based on schedule availability as mentioned above under Delivery Time.
  • Two days prior to the agreed delivery day: Our customer support team will send a Delivery Confirmation Message to the customer's registered WhatsApp/E-mail. This message will list out all the important information that needs to be arranged for the acceptance of the order.
  • On the actual delivery day: CUURA Space will send a Delivery Reminder Message to customers via WhatsApp as a reminder of the upcoming delivery.
  • Upon delivery and installation: Customers will be asked to perform an overall inspection of the item(s). By signing the Delivery Order (DO), the customer acknowledges that the delivered item(s) are in good and acceptable condition. Please note that any requests for a return or refund after acknowledging and signing the DO will be subject to our discretion.

Things to Take Note Of

  • In the event that our shipping partner is unable to reach the customer on the agreed delivery date, the customer will be required to reschedule delivery for a different date. However, any costs associated with additional delivery or rescheduling are to be borne by the customer, and re-delivery fees will apply.
  • Our delivery team will assemble the furniture (if applicable) and remove all packaging materials from the customer's premises.
  • Please note that we do not provide carry-away, dismantling, or disposal of any existing furniture. Customers must arrange for these services with other relevant companies on their own.

Change of Address

  • If you need to change the delivery address or any other delivery details before the indicated delivery date, please send an email to hello@cuura.space / WhatsApp at least three days prior to delivery. In your notification, please include the order number and relevant product(s). CUURA Space will confirm the change of delivery location by email or refuse if the change is not in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
  • However, if you make a last-minute change to your delivery address on the day of delivery, re-delivery can be scheduled with additional delivery fees applied.

Delivery Delays

  • CUURA Space and its delivery service team will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect address or any other misinformation provided by the customer.
  • CUURA Space is not liable for delays caused by strikes, legal lockouts, or other unforeseen circumstances caused by its suppliers. In the event of these inconveniences or other events of force majeure, the delivery period will be extended in accordance with the duration of the disturbance.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late deliveries.

Premises Access

Permission to Access to Your Building/ Residential Management
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from building or residential management prior to the scheduled delivery day. Our delivery team has a limited waiting time-frame due to tight schedules, which includes the time required to obtain access to the premises. If we are unable to deliver within the confirmed delivery day and time slot due to difficulties accessing the customer's premises, re-delivery can be scheduled with additional delivery fees applied.
Door Fitting
  • We recommend that customers verify the dimensions of their home's access points before ordering large furniture items. It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the merchandise can fit through doorways, staircases, corridors, and lifts. If your entrance is smaller than the standard size, kindly inform us in advance, and we will provide advice on your purchases accordingly.
Delivery Booking Changes or Cancellation
  • Please inform us at least three days prior to the scheduled delivery date if you wish to make changes to your delivery booking. We are happy to accommodate your request, but please note that in the event that we do not receive advance notice, additional charges for redelivery may apply. To avoid any extra fees or delays, we recommend that you inform us of any changes to your delivery schedule as early as possible.
Arrangement for Second Delivery
  • If circumstances arise that prevent the successful delivery of your item(s) on the confirmed delivery day, you may request a second delivery arrangement. These circumstances may include last-minute changes to the delivery address, day, and time or unavailability of permission from building management. Please note that if the cause of the delivery failure is not the fault of CUURA Space, there will be a re-delivery fee for the second delivery. We recommend that you provide us with any necessary changes to your delivery details as early as possible to avoid delays or additional fees.
