Job Description 

As a Sales Advisor, you are the ambassador of the Cuura brand and its entities. Your role is to identify potential clients and collaborate with relevant business partners to raise awareness, grow the brand and develop the business.

We are looking for a can do-er with an adaptable personality. We are a company that gets things done, and we want someone who takes great pride in their work to join the team.

 

The Day-To-Day Activities:
  • Convert leads into sales by systematically identifying and organizing enquiries to mature leads in our system.
  • Maintain a strong prospects pipeline by sourcing for leads from various approaches and sources.
  • Responsible for handling general inquiries from customers, assessing their needs and providing our furnishing solutions.
  • Maintaining positive customer experiences.
  • Periodically updating market intelligence materials for the sales team.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
The Must Haves:

General qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields (preferably in property or real estate).
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is favorable
  • Essentially from SALES background

Experience

  • Experience working with property developers & estate agencies
  • Building the sales pipeline from various sources
  • Good communication & sales closing skills
  • Able to work under start-ups environment

Proficiency

  • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint or Apple Numbers/Keynote
  • Good presentation and communication skill

Personality

  • Positive, sociable and creative individuals
  • Passionate about interior design and home decor.
  • Great organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able and willing to travel for business meetings when required
