General qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields (preferably in property or real estate).
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is favorable
Essentially from SALES background

Proficiency

Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint or Apple Numbers/Keynote
Good presentation and communication skill
