The Role:

Are you passionate about sales and helping customers create their dream spaces? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Join us as a Customer Experience Specialist and play a key role in transforming homes with stylish furniture solutions!

The Day-To-Day Activities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the best furniture solutions
  • Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized service
  • Manage the entire order process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain an engaging showroom environment, ensuring furniture is well-displayed and presentable
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to improve customer experience and sales performance
